Job Summary:

Provide remote support via chat, email, and ticketing—resolving technical and general inquiries professionally and promptly. Operate in rotating shifts (00:00–08:00 | 08:00–16:00 | 16:00–00:00), including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

* 1+ year in customer or technical support (remote or onsite).

* Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

* Available for rotating shifts, weekends & holidays.

* Proficient with support systems and translation tools.

* Strong problem-solving, calm under pressure.

* Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace.

Preferred:

* Experience with Zendesk, Intercom or Freshdesk.

* Basic web/app troubleshooting knowledge.
